We ship using Australia Post and Toll Group. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy in line with our Returns Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
6. Warranty
All products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
