Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will organise a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for faulty or damaged items. For all other cases, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.

Warranty

All products come with a 12-month warranty, covering manufacturing faults and defects under normal use.
